A refugee from the Golmore Jungle, Lyjr has picked up the values of fighting for those who cannot feasibly fight for themselves, and has sworn herself to prevent those less fortunate from experiencing the pain and loss she has suffered at the hands of the Garlean Empire.

About

Travelling far from the lands of the Golmore Jungle, Lyjr finds herself at an impasse with her feelings. Knowing full well that she cannot return to the Golmore Jungle due to breaking the law of the Green Word, she travels across the lands of Aldenard to seek work and put herself out there in order to protect those who cannot fend for themselves. While this cannot possibly hope to fill the hole in her heart, she desperately does not wish to see others succumb to the same fate that she and her people have.It was in this venture that she took on the role of a wandering protector before coming to find a home with the Starry Garden and its people.

Hired Work

Initially travelling the lands of Aldenard with no real place to call home had left Lyjr with little to her name, and even less in her wallet. Should anyone be willing to hire her services -- whether it is for mercenary work, or labour, she will generally be happy to accept so long as it means that she can get some food in her belly, or rent a room for the night.

Broken Word

Due to the nature of having to flee the Golmore Jungle, Lyjr knows that she has broken the Green Word and is often at odds with herself when she sees other Viera -- whether they are of the Veena or Rava. She does not often find herself thinking it ever easy to ever speak with her kin, though deeply hopes for the chance to make friends and contacts with other Viera.

Floor Planner

In her time living in Eorzea, Ljyr has taken up the hammer and saw of a carpenter, and has shown a great aptitude for floor planning and interior design. Should anyone have any plans for moving, or building their own house, Lyjr has found it all too rewarding to help bring home visions to life!

Things to keep in mind while RPing with me:

  • I am 21+. Just to avoid continually updating my age on here as years pass, I was born February of 1992.

  • I don't do ERP, especially not with people I barely know. Please don't try to force it. Nothing honestly makes me drop an RP faster. Mature roleplayer is not to be confused with Adult roleplayer in my case. I just like more mature themes and a consistent story or arc to be part of.

  • My RP tag being on doesn't always mean that I'm in character. Sometimes it's just an invitation for walkups or tells. Please sent a tell first so that I can confirm my status!

  • If I'm in the Quicksand and RPing for any reason, the RP is probably considered non-canon to me.

Hey there, I'm Jay, the player behind Lyjr. I got into FFXIV after having a bit of a falling out with WoW once my fiancé and I finished BfA content and our RP guild ended up dissolving (they were awesome people, though! I do miss them).Now, I'm currently an FC Officer of a smaller, more friend-oriented RP FC called Starry Knights «.SKG.».
